We're dedicated to getting your purchase to within the specified durations. If, for any reason, it doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry—we're here to help!
We process all orders within two business days, with shipping costs calculated and presented during checkout. If the item is not in stock, the expected delivery time will be indicated on the product page. You can still place an order for the item on our website through a 'pre-order' option. Once the product is back in stock, we will promptly dispatch the order to you!
Upon placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive another email containing a track & trace code, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Anna-Lou orders are shipped using PostNL.
